Changes due to a schedule change or flight cancellation

If a carrier cancels a flight or fails to operate it at the initially scheduled time, you will have the possibility to choose one of the offered alternatives for your travel arrangements. We’ll notify you of any changes the moment we become aware of them.

We’ll provide alternatives based on the specifics of each case, and only when the following conditions are met:

  • An airline cancels or makes significant changes to a flight
  • Airline acknowledges that you are entitled to a free rescheduling
  • A customer booked a ticket through our company

 Costs and applicable fees 

If the airline offers a free reschedule to the flight cancellation or schedule change, we will start looking for alternatives right away. However, there will be a $50 Schedule Change Handling fee per ticket. Processing Fee for customers that have tickets with Support Bundle plans included will be charged in accordance with the type of Bundle purchased.

Requesting a replacement of a re-scheduled or canceled flight

  • Receive a schedule change notification to your email address and proceed to “Manage my Booking”
  • On the main page, you will be able to see the flight, that is offered to you as a replacement.
  • Click on accept “Accept changes” to confirm the offered flight.
  • An email confirmation will reach your email once changes are applied.

Looking for an alternative replacement of re-schedule or canceled flight.

  • For alternative options continue with “Modify Flight“.
  • On the new page, you will be offered available flight options that qualify for a free change.
  • Continue with “Select” to apply new changes.
  • Click on accept “Accept changes” to confirm the offered flight.
  • An email confirmation will reach your email once changes are applied.
