Can I cancel the Price Drop Protection and get a refund for it?
Unfortunately, you can’t. When you select the Price Drop Protection option at the time of booking, you accept its terms and conditions.
According to them, the service is, by default, non-refundable. The Price Drop Protection will be considered consumed in the following cases:
- If the 24-hour period after its acquisition has already passed
- If the service has been successfully used
The second situation describes our success in detecting a lower price for your flight, reissuing your ticket, and sending you the savings in the form of a voucher.
